After placing an order, you might receive an email asking you to leave us a review. This is a great way to let us know what you think, and helps keep us ever improving, and offering the things you love.
Tips for writing a review...
- Keep your review about the product, not the rest of your experience. (If you want to review the overall experience you've had, you can do so on Trustpilot)
- Don't include any personal information.
- Leave a review in the same language as the website you’ve shopped on.
Any reviews left on our products are monitored by our team and will be rejected if inappropriate language has been used, personal information was included or it was written in a different language. So no sneaking a swear in, or telling us how much your pets love playing in the garden, please send these directly to Getintouch@seriouslylowcarb.com. They can also reject a review if you’ve mentioned things that aren’t specific to the product.
