You can change the details on your account at any time in My Account. To make changes to your delivery address or subscription, follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the page (or the bottom right-hand corner when using the app).
2. Once you're logged into your account, you can make as many changes to your account information as you'd like:
- Delivery Address - Select 'View Addresses' from the column on the right-hand side and 'Add New Address'. If this is your preferred delivery address, remember to set it as your default.
- Manage Subscription - Select 'Manage Subscription' from the column on the right-hand side and you will be taken to a screen which will allow you to make any changes you need.
- Email Address change - Only we can do this for you as it's linked to a few systems. Your email is the backbone to your profile, so we'll action this request as a priority. Please raise a ticket here: change email
