We will always try and accommodate any request that one of our Low Carb Legends make. However, depending on when an order was placed or where it is in the order journey, we may not be able to amend or cancel it for you.
It could already be packed up ready to go out with another 100+ orders or it may already be with one of our delivery partners.
Having said that, if you didn't place your order too long ago & haven't received a despatch email, please do get in touch & we'll see what we can do!
